DIP Switch:

5 way DIP switch, but the only pins that I can ascertain are:

3 - On = 3 Lives, Off = 4 Lives
5 - On = displays blank white screen and resets, Off = game mode

I'm not sure about the others, probably something to do with when a bonus life is awarded, etc
